Sibbari are the lowest rank of Imperial nobility, beneath the emperor, avo'kaibari, and kaibari. These men be landed and command the fealty of subjects, but are capped at a maximum demesne size of twenty square miles. Many are effectively landless, owning only their own immediate homes, and some are even landless. The true value of this title is membership in the nobility, with all the legal perquisites that brings, the right of armaments, and the ability to be promoted to kaibar.
