Tarsis, also called the City of Silver, is the most cosmopolitan of the Garreth cities. It sits on three major trade routes: the mouth of the Raven River, so all riverine traffic bound for or from distant shores must pass through; it is the southern terminus of the Great Northern Way; and it is a great sea port in its own right, with maritime trade through Merchant's Run and Privateer's Run to other major ports.
