Kaibari make up the middling rank of Imperial nobility. The size of their fiefdoms can vary quite a bit with familial and personal setbacks or success, ranging from entire cities or dozens of square miles and tens of thousands of subjects down to mere country estates with an accompanying village. They always control land and subjects, however. While sibbari may be merely gentry or possess courtesy titles, kaibari must be able to muster men for their lords' wars or their title is forfeit.
