Avyni (sing: Avyn) are divine beings who reside in the Aetherium, separate from the Terrestrium or Mortal realm. They are far more powerful than mere Daeven, and often command them as servants. The Avyni are grouped together as a single pantheon, sharing responsibility for governing the world.
The word "Avyn" is also occasionally used to describe pseudo-divine subjects such as the Sindathi Emperor, whose formal title is Avyn Avo'Kaibari.
